Enter the plant name as it appears in Smartlift. 
E.g.,  XX-YY-NAME
Examples: key creation, machine changes, administrator user
Examples: ID tag purchase, new installations
Brief or introductory description of the ticket
Established format: "Subject // Machines or reports affected // Plant name // Month and year"
Describe the issue using words such as feature names, system menu names, report names, or words that appear in the platform or WIKI.
